Orphan in UK-based 12tm SF/TE prem league

We need one owner (preferably a Brit) to take over an orphan in our league entering it's fourth year with owners of varying levels of dynasty experience.

The league is 12 teams, SF with PPC and TE premium.

Team well-positioned to compete or become a rebuild, picking at 1.07 in the upcoming rookie draft and with players like:
