New concept league.
Aiming to be a long lasting dynasty league with high activity and minimal owner turnover.
Potentially small fee to ensure this, but not decided yet.
The concept is...
32 teams, split in to an afc and nfc conference. Each conference will initially be a 16 team big division.
Final standings will then determine if you are in division 1 or division 2 of your conference.
With promotion and relegation then occuring each season following.
Only division 1 teams will have a chance at the superbowl that season.
Here’s where it gets interesting...
Teams will start with actual full rosters, each conference will then draft from the pool of players from the opposite conference.
So a separate draft for each conference. Rookies will be included in these drafts
