The startup “draft” is 2 rounds. GM’s draft 2 NFL teams snake style. All players from those 2 NFL teams are added to your initial roster. This league is for the ones who love to trade, as it will be necessary to trade in order to balance out your roster with bye weeks, etc.
As an added twist, the NFL teams you select will determine what rookies you get in subsequent years. The NFL draft is our rookie draft. For example, if you select the Bears and the Titans and they draft Etienne and Lawrence in the 2021 NFL draft, those players are added to your roster. If they draft all offensive linemen, then you're out of luck.
