DRAFT ROOKIES BEFORE NFL DRAFT! (Start Up)

I think it would be SUPER FUN to have a rookie draft just BEFORE the NFL draft.
It will make the NFL draft much more exciting to see where the player you drafted lands.
None of the leagues I am in want to do the rookie draft before the NFL draft. Weak Sauce. So, I've decided to start a new league and we will hold all rookie drafts BEFORE the NFL Draft. If I can fill all the spots before tomorrow, we will hold a two round rookie draft BEFORE the NFL draft via email. (Unless I can find an online draft site to do this) Then we will hold the regular draft via email through MFL. All un-drafted rookies will be eligible for that draft.
We'll use MFL & League Safe. League entry will be $50 plus any fees from MFL/League Safe. 100% return.
12 Teams - Super Flex - No K, no Def.
Start: 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1Superflex (QB/RB/WR/TE), 1 ROOKIE ONLY FLEX (RB/WR/TE)
Scoring is kinda standard, 4pts passing TD, 5pts receving TD, 6pts rushing TD, with a couple points added on the longer the TD.
And .5 for a first down. Complete details of scoring here....

Doing some stuff on the fly, so definitely open to any input/suggestions. However, in my experience it's best to allow Commish to have total control of league scoring/rosters/set up. So while I am open to suggestions, I'll make final decisions. What I am saying here is NO VOTING.
Again, I am kind of doing this on a whim and the important thing is to get a 2 ROUND ROOKIE DRAFT in before Thursday at 8pm.
So I'll need to fill the spots FAST and get the draft going. I'll somehow randomize the draft order when all spots are filled. (Open to suggestions so people can see it's legit, if there are any online tools for this)
The 2 round rookie draft will be a snake as will the initial start up. All other rookie drafts will be non snake.
