2020 and 2021 dues are needed upfront. We will use MFL and LeagueSafe (Majority Approval), will also be using Custom Graphics, which will be a 1-time fee of $7.25 for the Inaugural Season. $22.50 for 2020 & 2021. But fees for 2021 will be dependant on what tier each team is in, so either teams will be refunded the difference or expected to make up the difference prior to the start of the new league year. The higher the tier, the more the annual dues are, but also higher the payouts. Please see the league fiances google sheet of the breakdown.

There will be 4 different start-up drafts, once we assign non-tiered leagues for the first season. The first season will have all 48 teams playing for the first Championship. Tiers will be determined for year 2 on how teams finish overall after year one.

Start-up drafts will be staggered, and all 48 teams can trade in and out of all 4 drafts. This is done by using a separate MFL site for each Draft. After the drafts are concluded all four sites will be consolidated and entered into the main MFL site. While this aspect I'm sure is confusing at first, it isn't as complicated as it sounds. I've been involved in a 96 8 Player copy league on MFL for over 15 years.

What do you mean by rookie draft picks will be included in the start-up and then rookie drafts will start after the four drafts are complete?

Rookie picks, not players, are in the startup. So you'd draft the 1.01...not a specific player.
