5 round Devy draft kicks off as soon as the league is filled. You can trade picks during this draft, but only in equal numbers. Everyone must draft 5 guys in the initial Devy draft. Afterwards you can trade your Devy guys as you will.

Then each year they’ll be a new 5 round Devy draft for incoming frosh and unowned guys that popped off in the previous years college season. These picks are fully tradable, you could acquire all the picks from every manager if ya wanted too.

Startup Live Auction draft will kick off in June when Yahoo reopens. This years rookies will be included in that draft.
