32 Team 2 Copy Dynasty

I have 6 Openings in an NFL themed league with a large dispersal as the league is undergoing some changes. Prior to this year, there were contracts in the league. These were removed this year to help prevent the league turnover rate. This league is entering year 3.
The league is $25 a year on league safe with a requirement of 2 years paid upfront. 1 QB, PPR, 1.5 TE Premium. There is a Dispersal Draft that will be around 12-18 rounds long (have to do the math) and a 12 round rookie/veteran draft this year only. (Usually 6 round)
