Looking For 12+ Team SuperFlex Startup

Looking for a league with the following settings:

- 12+ teams
- PPR of some form
- no IDP/K/DST
- Slow draft on MFL
- Roughly $50 yearly buy in, through LeagueSafe, ideally always paid two years ahead.
- Major bonus for a themed league!

Anyone up for commissioner? What buy in amount is everyone looking for? I would prefer $25 or less

I would want a 50 or more buy in but double copy or more matters a lot more to me.

Finding a commish is always the sticky part...

What platform- any experienced commissioners?

I strongly prefer MFL since it's where my other leagues are hosted. I wish I could but don't have the bandwidth to commish.
