I would be down to get the bylaws together and recruit now, but would need a more experienced commissioner in the leagues to oversee set up and takeover from there.

I'd be down as well. One thing after being in one last year. Bankroll leagues are UN- fun if they are shallow (ie less than 14 teams.)
