Dispersal coming up in a salary league.
$250 buy in full IDP heavy scoring.
Dispersal is pretty stacked
we did not allow trading of 2020 picks due to the possibility of the league folding. enough people wanted to keep going for another 5 year cycle so all teams own all of their own picks.
