*** Midseason Startup ( 12 teams, Unique draft, Devy) **

Exciting new startup that we are recruiting for starting immediately. As commissioners, we are committed to making this league fun and engaging. Some unique elements including:
- Blind bid auctioning of draft picks (See bylaws for explanation)
- Devy component
- 2020 rookie and devy picks and 2021 rookie/devy picks included in startup
- Flexible starting lineups including superflex and 2 TE
- Balanced and enhanced scoring
- $40 buy-in with 2 year dues initially
- Voxer for league chat and leaguesafe for dues

I'm interested, did a quick look at the rules. Questions-
1- how is this a 24 team league but teams are required to start 2 QBs?
2- how are devys handled? Specifically, when must devy players be promoted to the active roster? At the end of the college season, end of their NFL draft (whether drafted or not), or something else?
3- how are devy players not drafted or signed by an NFL team handled?
