Need Owner: Very complicated cap/dynasty league - $30 entry

Cap Hell II on MyFantasyLeague.com - http://www54.myfantasyleague.com/2019/home/22783- $30 entry this year, though we're discussing raising it for next year. PPR scoring, Starting spots = 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE),1 PK, 1 DST.

The idea is to mimic the real NFL as closely as possible. We use a $200 Salary Cap, and off-season FA are acquired through an auction. There's also a rookie-only draft, 3 rounds, with opposite-to-last-season rankings determining the order.

The really fun part though is that you then sign players to 1-3 year contracts at the cost you win them in auction (rookies can be signed 1-4 at preslotted salaries based on draft position). But then if you cut or trade a player before their contract is up, you are "on the hook" for a cap hit of half of their total pay (think of it like half is a signing bonus which you must pay no matter what, the other half is salary that only kicks in each year if they are still on your team). If you click on "Salary Adjustments" below any roster it shows who/what is dead cap space. You can take the full hit the year you cut the player, or can spread it over two years (so you'll see some "pending for 2019" in there). Sign an up-and-comer for 3 years cheap, you're gold! Sign a big star for 3 years expensive, but then he falls apart, you're in the hole.
In-season FA is blind-bidding (using same salary cap $), and can only be signed for one-year.

Give a good read through the rules (Top Bar>Reports>Rules>League Settings), specifically all the stuff in the "Additional League Rules Setup."

The owner we need replaced is Canavan Love Train (Top Bar>Reports>Franchise>Rosters). Note that any player with a contact expiring 2018 (or 2017 FA) must be cut or Franchise Tagged, as those are expiring contracts.
