Incredibly Active 16 Team Full IDP Superflex Startup, 53 man rosters, 10 IR, 7 Taxi, $200 yearly, looking for owners

A few friends from some other leagues over the years and I have decided to go ahead and finally start a league where the main prereq to joining is being incredibly active. Even if you have a lot of good owners, just a handful of inactive owners can ruin a league. We're tired of owners who take the "off-season" off, don't respond to trade requests, time out in drafts, etc. So, we decided to forge ahead and take the most active players from the leagues we are already currently in and create a so-called "champions league." Champions of what? I guess just being extremely active in chat, trading frequently, etc. Generally being reliable owners year round.

It will be 200 dollars a year and everyone is required to be paid a year in advance, so first payment would be 400, followed by 200 every year after that. All funds would be kept on Leaguesafe.

Keep in mind we have not completely finished setting up the league yet, and we would like to get all owners input on things, so if the settings aren't 100% updated at the moment, just know that everything I have stated here is the way it will be.
