Entry Fees
Annual entry fees are $100 US due via leaguesafe on April 1st. In the first year a $50 deposit is also due. If you decide to leave the league your $50 deposit will be returned to you if we can find an owner who will pay full price for your team. If the league cannot find an owner without discounting the price the $50 will be used to cover any losses. Any monies not used will be returned to original owner.
Payouts
1st $600 2nd $300 3rd $100 Toilet Bowl Champ $50 Most Victory Points Reg Season $150
3 time Champ wins progressive pot $200 per year ( minus mfl league fee payment ). Once a team wins its third title the league ends.
Progressive Pots
Each time a team wins its 3rd Championship they also win the progressive pot of $200 per year ( minus league fees)
Start Up
Auction. To start the auction each team must nominate 2 players. The max amount of players that can be bid on at any one time is 28. Once a team wins a player, they will nominate the next player. When we get down to a team with only enough monies to bid $1 on all their players we will go to rotational nominations starting with the team with the most money. All teams must have email notifications on. The 12:00 hour clock resets with every new high bidder. Bidding is proxy like ebay. You set your high bid and your bid only increases if another team outbids you. There will be one week of waivers after the auction. Every team must finish the auction with a full roster of 25.The next waiver period will be one week prior to the season starting.
Auction dollars and draft picks may be traded before and during auction.
Waivers
Each team will receive $1000 blind bidding each year. If you are left with any dollars at the end of the year they will be carried over. Blind bidding dollars can be traded. Waivers will not run from the end of our fantasy playoffs through the off season. Blind Bid Waivers will be processed one week before the season starts ( Thur ). Teams may start placing their bids one week before the waiver processing date ( 2 Thursdays before the season begins ). It will be fcfs after the waivers are processed. There will be a weekly blind bid waiver period starting Sun at 10 am with waivers being processed Wednesday at 9 am PST.
Trades
There will be no trading during the fantasy playoffs. There will be no vetos in this league. The only reason a trade should be vetoed is collusion, this would be decided by commish. Teams may trade future draft picks up to 3 years in advance. If a team wants to trade any of its future draft picks more that one year out it must pay their entry fee for that year or the trade will be reversed.
Rookie Draft
The first two rounds of the rookie draft will take place aprox one week after the NFL Draft. The final 2 rounds will take place in mid August.
Draft pick order for Toilet Bowl teams is decided by regular season potential points ( 1 lowest potential points to 8 with the highest). The Champ is always last pick, the rest of the playoff teams pick in reverse order of how they qualified via victory points.
Devy Draft
A one round draft in the first week of June. Draft will take place on our group chat and I will create players after draft. Devy draft picks are tradable for the upcoming year. Once the devy draft is done I will load up next years picks. Draft order is decided the same way as rookie draft.
Rosters
Teams will have 25 man rosters through the season with 5 taxi spots ( rookies only ) ( once promoted you may not move that player down to taxi again ) and I/R spots ( i/r only ).
Rosters will increase to 35 a week before start of March and switch back to 25 on September 1st. As of March 1st teams will have 1 week to get all players off taxi and I/R.

2nd Chance Draft
On April 1st team will declare their intention to enter the 2nd Chance Draft. If two or more teams choose this option we would hold a dispersal draft. On April 15th unhappy teams will put all of their players and picks back into a pot and redraft the players and draft picks.

The top 2 teams via victory points receive a bye in the first round.The top 6 teams make the Playoffs and the bottom 8 teams make the Toilet Bowl. The top seed will always play the lowest seed each round and so on. The Toilet Bowl Champion will be awarded a 1.13 compensatory pick.
