Very Stable 1QB Standard League - 1 Good Orphan for Rebuild

Hey all, we have a very stable league since 2011, looking for one new owners to take over a good orphan. Has the 1.02 pick, $25 annual fee, but require two year paid to maintain stability, so total is $50 upfront. Most important note is that this league will be around for a long time, so you dont have to worry about spending time on rebuild then commissioner quitting randomly.

Looking for the right type of LT stable owner who wants to take on a challenge for rebuild, some good talents on roster, one new criteria is paying two years $50 upfront. Communications preferred thru MFL league chat, msg board, emails, no groupme/whatsapp as we're not that tech savvy.

Trading activity is available but you need to be aggressive making multiple offers with multiple owners, lots of patience, not passively thru trade bait, etc.....
