Looking for a SF/2QB Startup

Hey everyone,

Looking to join a new startup. Have over 7 years of dynasty experience. I'd prefer that the commissioner be experienced and trustworthy. I would set up a new league myself, but do not want to deal with all of the things that come with running a league after some of the experiences that I've had as a commissioner the past couple of years. I have a friend or two that might join depending on the entry fee and draft timer since they have very limited access to their phones during the week.

I'd prefer the following but am open to changes

$50-$80 entry fee (can go lower or higher if the league fits what I'm looking for)
12-16 teams (no multiple copy leagues)
Deep Rosters
Slow Email Draft for Startup/Rookie Drafts
SuperFlex or 2 QB
PPR scoring (TE Premium works too)
Blind Bidding with FCFS waivers after during season
No IDP
No Auction for Startup or Rookie Drafts
GroupMe for league discussions
