The league voted to cut the new owner a bit of a break. We have 2 options for league dues:
1) $25 (half price for 2019 only) for picking up the orphaned team.

2) if you want to build for a season the league will be free this season only. The only 2 conditions are that if a future
pick is traded, that season must be paid for. Free owners won’t qualify for the championship prize money.
