English style soccer format, where a handful of teams move up or down a league based on their finish/record from the previous season.

I’ve always heard them called regulation leagues/relegation leagues, but perhaps others call it something different.

Damn, a regulation league would be sick. Like you faced with a lot of absurd challenges and you get points based on how well you self-regulate maybe.

I will have a relegation league startup coming later this spring. Won't draft until after the NFL draft.

That one is 36 team, 3 player copy, SF and TE-prem, bunch of other stuff. Working through some slight tweaks to the next one (thinking 42 team, 3 player copy), but general thought/setup will be similar.
