Unique Dynasty League with open spots for dispersal

Hello everybody, I’m Nathan Powell, a writer here at DLF and I like to create unique league ideas and commish them. I now have a series of League With No Name leagues that focus around the concept of NFL divisions and college conferences. League With No Name 2.0 is a Devy superflex league. Affiliations only matter for rookie/Devy auctions. There are no restrictions for trading/waivers/the dispersal
The list of dispersal Assets are here- https://www74.myfantasyleague.com/2018/ ... id=5401498 This is the 4 teams in the Dispersal right now, but teams already in the league do have the option to join the dispersal as well by putting of their assets in the pool.
