Startup Draft for 2019

Will be collecting interested owner names for a startup draft where we draft (FREE for MFL) later in-season with a head start for 2019. Features will include:
2QB
2TE
PPC, TE premium scoring
Devy (at least moderate depth)
Combined rookie-devy annual draft
At least 12 teams, but could be 14 or 16 depending on owners interested.
