Startup - 36 Team Relegation style league - 3 player copy - SF, Progressive Pots, etc.

Looking to get a final startup going before the season kicks off. We're closing in so I need to get this league full and the draft will need to be relatively quick in order to get done prior to Week 1.

The Safari Empire II
$50 per year + $2 MFL fees. 2 years due at signup ($104 total). Leaguesafe is used with majority approval. GroupMe for communication.

This will be a 36-team, 3 player copy, relegation style league. 3, 12-team divisions.
Year 1 - all teams randomly placed in a division and play season out. After season one, teams are placed in divisions based on finish. Every year following the bottom 3 teams in each division are relegated to the division below and the top 3 teams in each division are promoted to the division above.
Each division will have their own 4 team playoff - Weeks 15/16 only. Payouts for making the playoffs and advancing. Payouts are higher in the better divisions.

Every year there will be a knockout tournament (The Safari Cup) including all teams with payouts to top 3 places.

Progressive pots for:
2x Safari Cup winner
Winning Championships in all 3 divisions.
Winning the top division back to back.

Snake draft, 28 rounds, random draft order.
Trading across divisions is fine.

Superflex, TE premium, includes fractional PPC, PP1D, PPT in an attempt to get the most even scoring across positions possible.
