Start-up 12-team Stock PPR - BASIC LEAGUE

Hey Guys,

Starting a Stock PPR 12-team league. One of my buddies wanted to step into dynasty but wanted the basics - PPR and NO IDP. So this is what I am giving him. This league will be hosted on MFL and the fees will be $50 per year.

-30 Man Rosters
-5 Man Taxi
-9 Starters (QRRWWWT with RWT Flex and WT Flex)
-All rookies and Vets will be drafted together.
*ONLY WRINKLE - The Rookie/Vet draft in subsequent years will be a ten round draft. First 5 happen about a week after the NFL draft, Second 5 (6.01 and on) start after the third week of the preseason.

We currently have 5, only three have processed through. The ROOKIE/Vet Draft is 10 rounds in subsequent years. The start-up will be 30 rounds. My apologies, should have clarified in post.
