Hello there dynasty loving, fantasy football freaks! Yeah anyways, I have finished the bylaws for a new start-up league and am looking for owners. This will be a 12 team, deep, IDP league with PPR. I am looking for experienced, active owners who will put effort into this league and not quit after one bad season. If you are interested in joining a competitive dynasty league please PM me an application detailing your fantasy football experience, IDP, dynasty, whatever. I'm ready to get this league up quick and drafting!

I will allow a few days for applications and will proceed with invites once I have found suitable owners. Those of you I've already talked do not need to PM me again, I will send you invitations if you are still interested.

The Waffle League

1. Expenses
The only expense for the league will be the $5.82 annual upkeep charge for our website which can be paid through Leaguesafe.

2. League Government
The league will be operated and governed by the Commissioner, Bryan (bdynomite). The commissioner will be in charge of settling league disputes and taking care of day to day operations and website functionality. All decisions made by the Commissioner are final.

3. Teams / Divisions
The league will consist of 12 teams split into 4 divisions. The division alignment will remain the same each season.

4. League Code of Conduct
Everyone is in this league to be part of the ultimate competition. Keep that in mind when entering your lineups and trading. If it appears that an owner is not putting an optimum starting lineup forward to gain an advantage in draft placement the situation will be dealt with and the penalty could be as severe as the loss of a draft pick or expulsion from the league.

The commissioner reserves the right to replace any owner deemed detrimental to the league for any reason.

5. Roster Size
53 active players, a 5 injured reserve, and a 8 player taxi squad; no positional limits. All owners must maintain enough players to field a starting lineup each week.

Starting lineups:
Offense: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, 2 Flex (RB/WR/TE)
Defense: DE, DE, DT, LB, LB, LB, CB, CB, S, S, 1 IDP Flex (DE/DT/LB/CB/S)
Special Teams: PK, PN - 22 total

Players lock individually at their scheduled game times.

6. Scoring
Decimal scoring system, scoring includes all positions.

Passing
0.05 point for every Passing yard
2 points for every 2 Pt Conversion Passing
4 points for every Passing TD

Rushing
0.1 points for every Rushing yard
2 points for every 2 Pt Conversion Rushing
6 points for every Rushing TD

Receiving
1 point for every reception
0.1 points for every Receiving yard
2 points for every 2 Pt Conversion Receiving
6 points for every Receiving TD

Kicking
3 points for every FG of 1-30 yards
plus 0.15 points for every yard after
1 point for every XP
0.04 points for every Punt yard
1 point for every punt inside the 20

Defense
2 points for every Tackle
1 point for every Assist
3 points for every Interception
0.1 point for every Interception return yard
3 points for every 0.5 Sacks
0.2 for every lost Sack yard
3 points for every Fumble Forced
3 points for every Fumble Recovered
0.1 point for every Fumble return yard
4 points for every Safety
2 points for every Pass Defended
2 points for every Blocked Field Goal
0.1 for every Blocked/Missed Field Goal return yard
2 points for every Blocked Punt
0.1 for every Blocked Punt return yard
2 points for every Blocked Extra Points
6 points for every Defensive TD

Returns
0.04 points for every Kick Return Yard
6 points for every Kick Return TD
0.1 point for every Punt Return Yard
6 points for every Punt Return TD

Other
3 points for every Offensive Fumble Recovered
0.1 point for every Offensive Fumble return yard

6. Inaugural Draft
The inaugural draft is a 61 round snake draft that includes all players in one draft pool.

The draft order will be determined by the Commissioner through http://www.draft-tracker.com/draftOrder.cfm and will follow the serpentine draft method.

Drafting will be conducted on the league website using MFL's live draft tool with a 12 hour time limit for each pick. The clock will begin to run once the previous pick has posted.

Owners should use the pre-draft option if they will not be online to make their pick before the timer expires. Like the NFL Draft if you miss your pick the draft will proceed, but you may still make your pick at anytime.
