Salary Cap league needs 1

Hello, I run a Free ESPN Salary Cap dynasty league. I have an owner that refuses to follow the rules and has been caught a few times not setting lineups so he's gotta go. The Team does Have CMC and Thomas locked up for 5 years so you have good starting or trading pieces. There is a groupme chat you MUST join and post ALL transactions in(Add/Drop, Trades, IR) as to make keeping up the spreadsheet easier and possible for myself
