Forum Announcements Section moved

You have all probably noticed the DLF Site Discussion section has been moved to the top of the forum. We (the admins) haven't been as good as we can be about keeping administrative and announcement posts in the appropriate sections. A big reason for this is the feeling that they aren't readily visible, being a few sections down. Probably down 'below the fold' of your browser winder where they may not be seen. To fix this bad behavior on our part the "General Site Discussion" section has been moved to the top, and renamed DLF Site Information. This section will contain two sections, Site Announcements (where we will post up changes to the site), and Articles (where we may alert everyone to articles posted on the home page, and folks can discuss those articles).

Just trying to refine our system, ensure these things are seen, and not clutter the other forums with non-related posts.
