DK side but I'm not sure why you'd actively shop him. If you can get akers instead of reagor or kelley or if you can not give up the first then I'd probably pull the trigger based on your roster construction.

I like them all for you (2-3-1 order) but I'm not sure any of those get done. I'd be willing to add a second to 2 & 3 to get it done.

In a vacuum I'd take barkley but I don't mind it for you if you're going to make an all in push. Your receivers are aging and your window on OBJ/Cooks/Evans is waning. Woods its a stud and fits your timeline and sanders keeps you alive this year.

I voted jonnu but I'm lower on ruggs and higher on jonnu than most. Ruggs is john ross 2.0 to me.

In a 12 team league I'd be surprised if this is a playoff team. Diggs and connor are your only studs - you've got decent RB depth but the rest is shakey. I'd think you're at least a couple years away from competing.
