I'd always explore trade options first but risking Ingram seems like a no brainer. I think it's possible that the stipulation of giving up a pick to sign him will mean that you won't lose him anyway.
Mostly, I just wanted to comment because this sounds like a cool league format.

Re: Christine Michael in 2014?
http://thegrio.com/2014/04/14/autistic-teen-takes-seahawks-running-back-christine-michael-to-prom/ Seems like the right place for this. I just saw this at the bottom of my team ESPN page with the paid content. I'm a bit down on Michael just because of the expected wait before he's relevant and the ...

Re: Chris Johnson a Jet
Originally, I would have said that Johnson will definitely be a top-15 PPR RB this season just because he's always been one and I'm not really convinced that Chris Ivory is any good. The Jets had a better rushing offense than the Titans did last season and their QB situation isn't any more perilous ...

Re: Rookie RB Landing Spots?
There are more than you think because there's a lot of aging starters. No particular order: TEN (assumes CJ is gone) ATL (good offense and SJax is 31...Jacquizz isn't exciting anyone) NYJ (Ivory doesn't stay on the field enough so anyone behind him or in a committee looks valuable) NYG (Wilson's sta...

Re: landing spots now.......Nicks/Britt
The fact that the Rams have interest at all is promising I suppose since it means that Jeff Fisher (someone who actually coached him and worked with him every day) still has belief in Kenny Britt. I don't see how this would really push up Britt's value though other than just further mucking up the S...

Re: landing spots now.......Nicks/Britt
I have both these guys stashed in a league just hoping for positive FA news. Nicks does seem like a lock for CAR/INDY and either would be great. All the Britt news says he'll have to settle for a one year minimum deal and you would think that his agent would be telling him that if you're going to ta...

Re: Best Buy Low Rb's
Wow! Thanks to this thread, I found a spectacular free agent. We use a blind bidding system, so I gotta wait until Saturday to see if I win... but I wouldn't have seen him without this thread. Thanks! (Not saying who, just in case there are spies from my league in here). You've said too much already.

Re: Stashes for 2014...
I've also got Leshoure stashed in several places not that I think he's a high value target, but he has upside given the offense. He had an achilles injury rather than an ACL so a longer rehab time isn't too surprising and I figured his 2012 stats (poor YPC) were due to still coming back from that in...

Combine News
I'm desperate for some and surprised that there isn't a thread somewhere talking about it. Where are you getting your combine news and what are you watching for? Is there another thread that exists in a different forum that already covers this?

Re: Weighted draft order generator?
One of my leagues does this via DraftPickLottery.com which worked well. We just had our very first ever lottery. You provide the desired number of ping pong balls for each team and everyone's email addresses and you get a response like this (only non-playoff teams in the lotto): --------------------...

Re: David Wilson time
I was thinking this sounded familiar and it's because TJ Ford suffered from this (I'm a Pacer fan). He missed his second season after a scary fall that first revealed the issue. Then he came back and played 350+ games over 7 more seasons. The NBA isn't the NFL though and I know that it was always as...

Re: Zac Stacy, apparently?
I looked at the first couple games too and the one thing I noticed is that while this is a RBBC in the sense that all 4 may be the guy eventually, in any given game they've only used 2 backs to touch the ball and one guy got the majority of the work. That never amounted to more than maybe 15 touches...

Re: Zac Stacy, apparently?
I think the key is the comment that none of them have done enough to be fairly evaluated yet (outside of maybe Richardson). Cunningham may have the lowest YPC on the team, but that's mainly due to usage. He got his carries in the last couple of games against Dallas and SF. Against DAL he got 4 carri...

Re: Is this ethical?
If you didn't actually have any intention of trying to have good faith trade negotiations for that player, yes, that's unethical. You told a straight up lie to each of them. Lying is indeed unethical. I didn't lie, I just asked them if they'd have interest in picking up player X and potentially tra...
