If you're moving toward a rebuild this is probably a good move although evans is only 25 I believe and cooper is still young. I think all you really need is a running back or 2

Exactly he has actually been the qb I'm buying this off-season.

I was thinking especially if he goes back to new Orleans his value my go up. Especially at 1.5 ppr.
