I think the time to offer a first was a week ago. He's young and seems like the recovery has been smooth.

I was skeptical of Philly making Gainwell the starter, but this past game showed that they want to give him touches. He was used in the playoffs last year too over Sanders. I agree he may be worth a shot over Bateman who has his injury issues.
