Tough..I have all four players involved in this trade on my team. I think I'd take the Chubb/Evans side. Chubb seems a lot more durable, and Evans puts up a thou yards per year. I wouldn't be surprised though, if DJ finishes top 10 WR the next few years or so.

The owner of the 1.01 hasn't openly told anyone what it would take. He is waiting for someone to send the best offer possible (probably will be an overpay) to accept.
