What is the prime spot to draft in a startup dynasty? 12 man PPR.

I was thinking 4th would be ideal, as you get whoever falls between Gurley, Zeeke, OBJ and DHop. Thoughts?

I was also thinking second best spot would be 12th, so you get the turn and whoever falls out of the first round.
