Not ridiculous, but definitely skewed. I think a more fair offer would be Alshon for Shepard + 2017 1st or Alshon for Parker + 2017 1st. Asking for both is a bit of an overpay for Alshon.

You are 100% correct. Dez > Cooper, and Miller >>> Carroo + Wheaton.

Yes. Personally I think Cooks + Anderson >= Watkins, but it's fair depending on the owner. No way they will add a 2017 1st to that.
