Re: Allen for Cooks and '18 2nd round pick

Also Brown already looked very good by his 2nd season. His breakout 4th season followed a pretty obvious catalyst (Mike Wallace left for Miami). People like to talk about how he came out of nowhere, and while yeah he wasn't rated highly before he came to the NFL he was a high WR3/low WR2 before Wall...

Re: My: Miller + His: 1.02+Moncrief

There's a difference between "RB1 potential" and "dude who was an RB1 each of the last two seasons and is now in a much better situation." Obviously he has the tools to be an RB1 since he's already done it twice. Miller's "potential" is #1 RB.

Re: My: Miller + His: 1.02+Moncrief

I think it's funny that people are acting like Lamar Miller is a surefire stud....I like him, and think he will do well in Houston, but let's not act like he's a locked in RB1. Value wise, give me the Moncrief side, and it's not particularly close. He was an RB1 each of the last 2 years in MIAMI (i...

Re: My: Miller + His: 1.02+Moncrief

I guess we're just ignoring the 57 catches for 397 yards last season? And ohhhh only double digit TDs once but had 9 in 2014, so nice use of an arbitrary cutoff to try to make your point seem better. He's coming off back to back top 10 seasons and hasn't turned 25 yet. Also his usage isn't likely to...

Re: 2017 picks

I would move Lockett for any 2017 1st. I wouldn't even hesitate to move him for the 1st of a bad team.

Re: My: Miller + His: 1.02+Moncrief

I like Miller more than most and I think this is an absurd value for him. Don't worry about roster makeup at this point in the offseason. Plenty of time to work that out.

Re: Allen for Cooks and '18 2nd round pick

I thought he was going for Antonio Brown combined with Dez Bryant. That's a pretty good ceiling.

Re: Diggs, 1.05 for Benjamin, M. Gordon

1.05 and Diggs would MAYBE get you just Benjamin. This is a weak offer.

Seems like this isn't an offer he has on the table.

Re: Amazing offer in my inbox! What to do?

That sounds like a bit of an overpay for Ingram, honestly. If you can't get him at a decent price I think there should be other RBs you can try to get. Yeah you're not likely to replace Gurley with an elite tier young RB (which would pretty much mean Bell), but I'd try seeing what someone like AP, M...

Re: Amazing offer in my inbox! What to do?

Just put names on it... Brown = Gurley Doctson >>>>> J. Brown Henry >>>>> 1.12 Brown > Gurley. I am currently leaning towards keeping 1.5, 1.12 and trading John Brown for 1.4. This way I keep Gurley and can add Coleman and whoever else at 1.5. Then using my 1.12 and 2.8 for depth. Brown is very tem...

Re: Allen for Cooks and '18 2nd round pick

I would take Allen. I trust his body type and size more long term. Also younger qb. Will have chemistry longer bortles and ARob for 7 years opposed to Brees and cooks for maybe 3 or 4. And I think ARob is the better talent. By more than that. Easy pass for me. Pretty sure he's talking about Keenan ...

Re: AJG + what = Brown?

Yeah he was in the finals last year and is maybe the favorite this year. His biggest weakness is either TE or RB2.

Re: AJG + what = Brown?

What about Charles? He could use a running back. Personally I think that would be a slight overpay but maybe I could get something back in exchange. I've been pondering an open of AJG/Charles/Charizard for AB/late 2016 1st.

Re: OBJ+ for Alshon++

And how useful was he in the 7 games that he missed last year? He averaged 0.0 PPG in those :D I still think you're kind of blowing that out of proportion. Every player in the league has injury risk. Alshon's is higher than average but he's not likely to miss 7 games every year, and he didn't miss ...
