Re: Price check - Chubb

With the trade of Hyde to Jax, I'd rather own Chubb than the 1st overall pick in next year's draft. So, it would take much more than that to get him from me.

He's young and a stud in the making. I think he will work his way into low RB1 to high RB2 status in leagues by the end of this season.

Re: Who do you prefer, Goff or Watson?

Goff, due to a skill set and situation that is conducive to long term sustainability as a QB1.

Watson is great. But Goff is so safe.

Re: What’s it going to take for blind Browns to see?

https://youtu.be/yYRJ14CpzQI First clip of this video. And you wonder why they do not trust him on the field more? Terrible example. Chubb is a RB, not a special teams player. He's probably never been in this situation in his life in HS or college. He's always been too good at his position to be a ...

Re: Price check - Chubb

If we are talking 2019 1st round picks, you won't find a RB near his talent in the mid 1st or later. So, at a minimum I would need an early 1st to move him. And as an owner, I'd rather hold than roll the dice again next draft. But, that's about the value I'd expect to receive and depending upon my t...

Re: What’s it going to take for blind Browns to see?

lol This is hilarious when some fantasy owners act like they are the greatest personnel evaluators. Hyde is not bad - and there is way more to being a running back than how a running back looks as a change of pace back. Chubb has a lot to learn. When a player cannot even pick up his special teams b...

Re: What’s it going to take for blind Browns to see?

From Rotoworld. Speaking Monday, Browns coach Hue Jackson once again claimed he would work to get Nick Chubb more carries. Analysis: "We do need to get Nick Chubb more carries," was Jackson's exact quote. He said the same thing two weeks away and has proceeded to give Chubb the ball six ti...

Re: What’s it going to take for blind Browns to see?

Chubb has averaged 7+ yards per carry in 4 out of 6 games while Hyde has rushed for 4+ yards per carry just once...and less than 3 yards per carry in half his games.

What’s it going to take for blind Browns to see?

Week after week we see superstar written all over the 3 or less carries that Nick Chubb receives and we see pedestrian runs at best from Hyde. This week’s example: Hyde 14 rushes for 34 yards Chubb 3 rushes for 24 At what point do you think the Browns wake up and hand the keys to the backfield to Ch...

Re: I need a RB for my Championship push

Gio is your RB3, just flip a 4th for Gallman and you're fine outside of bye weeks. This is an interesting suggestion. I can probably get him very cheap so I'd have my handcuffs for both Mixon and Barkley. The problem is I'd have to open a roster spot. So, probably move a WR for Gallman and get a pi...

Re: Barkley for Beckham

If you had asked me this question on who I'd rather own between OBJ and Barkley in January, I would have told you Barkley. June? Barkley. September? Barkley. After last night's game? Barkley.

And to me, it's not close...and it's getting further and further apart in value to me by the day.

Re: sell high on Phillip Lindsay??

I just received this offer in one of my leagues:

Lindsay+D. Booker for K. Cole+Brieda+a 4th

I like Cole and I'd get him. I'd love to figure out a way to get Keryon Johnson from that owner instead. This offer I'm looking at turning down even though I own Alfred Morris to pair with Brieda.

Re: I need a RB for my Championship push

Great suggestions. RB's are tough to find in 16 team leagues. So, I think I need to target older RB's on teams who look like they aren't playoff contenders so that I can get the player cheaper to keep in my back pocket for the playoffs. I'm going to inquire as the the cost of some of the guys you've...

Re: Nick Chubb or Courtland Sutton?

Chubb is worth far more to me. But with your team, you're probably wise to shop for a WR. If I were in your shoes though, I'd rather look for a WR that is a little more established but still young. Sutton has looked good and should develop well. He was my #1 WR in this class. But, I had 7 RB's ahead...
