Do all teams have same division record? If so, then yes they would all go to points scored. If team 3 has a worse division record, they would be eliminated on that tie breaker as it comes before points scored

Yes, with your current WR crew, Evans is a huge upgrade

A lot of people think McCaff is close to LF's level... and then you get Cooper and RB depth which would help you. I would do it

Evans is the best piece... by far

The 1st may make it closer but Evans is most valuable piece here by a bit

I dont think the difference between Keenan and Evans is all that much. Plus you get Kamara for a run by giving up a likely bust
