Re: Who is everyone avoiding in the 2022 Draft Class?

Why would you avoid Chris Olave? That's crazy talk to me. He's possibly the safest pick that you can get all through the 1st this year. I agree with both of you. I think he is one of the safest picks for a WR, but would avoid him since I think he has a low ceiling. My expectation for him is a dime ...

Re: SEC receiver dominance

Not a huge college football watcher myself outside of bowl games (and watching edited shortened games after the fact for dynasty scouting of course), so this may be an unpopular opinion. But at this rate with the direction college football is heading, it feels like their best option would be adopti...

Re: Who is everyone avoiding in the 2022 Draft Class?

May as wee throw my hat in this ring. Burks is tracking similar to Harry for me in a way. Liked Harry early, was my 1.01 for a bit. Slowly liked him less and less and ended up taking him nowhere. Burks was my 1.01 pre combine (I didn’t move him down so much as I moved the RBs UP) and I ended up taki...

Re: SEC receiver dominance

Somewhat relevant, and perhaps not meriting a new thread: teams from weaker conferences appear to be jumping ship in preparation for the changes to college ball. I wonder if/what effect this will all have, but at a guess it will be significant What do you mean by jumping ship? Cutting the football ...

Re: Ranking round 1 players

This could come down to ones ability to scout specific positions over time. Whether you trust yourself to find a value QB or WR in the next few years. In SuperFlex leagues, it is difficult to compete without difference making QBs and usually harder to acquire than WRs once the league is up and runn...

Re: AJ Brown Trade?

These all look like nice deals for AJB to me. In the leagues where I’m trying to sell him I can’t even get close to these, so maybe I’d try to get him to add a bit on. I think with kupp, Diggs, cooks all getting up there is be most interested in pivoting to more youth off of one of those. Then, I ag...

Re: Gabriel Davis

So, still not knowing why this is such a debate, it made sense to dig deeper on my only day off work this week. Why not! haha. To preface this one, it should be noted that I fell pretty squarely in the middle of this debate, and will reiterate a post a page back: I have Davis as a good a chance as a...

Re: Biggest weird offseason value swings

What I find most interesting is when I try to buy a guy whose value “fell”, I ain’t getting the discount. When I try to sell a guy I think has risen too far, I ain’t getting the premium.

Re: Gabriel Davis

I guess I don’t get why this is such a raging debate. He’s a good a shot as any to bust out from a WR4 to a useable WR2 as any. But still just that. Each side seems to be of the stance that he’s more or less than that.

Re: Deshaun Watson

The NFL is likely to base its proposed discipline on testimony from only a fraction of those women, per one source, as the league was unable to speak with some of the women who interacted with Watson. Robinson has no track record of ruling on any cases involving NFL players, though one source said ...

Re: Arbitrage player opportunities

I can't move from Kyler to Hurts, I don't think it's a dynasty arbitrage, TBH. Kyler will likely be locked into a long term deal, and Hurts is in a make or break type year. I think personally, moving off a QB like Dak or Russ for Carr ++ is something I'd do (Superflex). I've been saying he's a valu...

Re: 2022 Running Back Report

Nice work, not surprised by a single thing. This RB draft is a two horse race. If someone else busts out it’ll be an outright outlier by *anyones* model. Wouldn’t be surprised if it happened but it’d be an absolute outlier. Cook is the clear third in the race based on the combo of landing spot/capit...

Re: Bell or Tolbert

Tolbert by a small amount in redraft, smaller keeper leagues. Bell by a lot in dynasty.

So I voted for bell as this is a dynasty forum.

I like Tolberts spot a lot better but Bells a football player.

Re: Pitts or Hold

16 team makes it a little closer but I’d take Pitts just to avoid the hassle of picking between Mahomes and Herbert week to week.

Buckner and your IDP scoring is the wildcard though. Probly need to elaborate there to get good answers.
