A bird in the hand. The known 1.04 this year is worth more than a random 2020 1st just by virtue of being a top pick and useable this offseason. You could trade it around draft time for a 2020 1st + come next draft.

I would switch Coleman and the 1st only because he's played and his value could increase with free agency next year. Your ranking says you'd trade that Coleman for that 1st. 2020 1st is too far away not to keep Coleman.
