Re: Peterson / Guice in DC
The injury news always scares me, as do RBs in general unless they are drafted in the first round (even then Penny). We have seen it over and over where an RB has one shot, misses it and never gets playing time, this season could have been his one shot and he missed it. With that and the injury iss...

Re: Peterson / Guice in DC
Yes, the 2019 preseason will be helpful for Guice, that is for sure. Typically though, I'd caution someone when taking too much from preseason. Remember, most defenses are a bit vanilla, there are more generic plays called, all in all, it isn't the same. For Guice though, he is coming off of an ACL...

Re: Peterson / Guice in DC
I don't understand how everyone can be so certain of a guy who missed a full year, had injury complications, and hasn't played an NFL snap. It just boggles my mind. We don't even know what he looks like in an NFL game yet. Well this guy was seen as the consensus 1.02 rookie pick in a loaded RB clas...

Re: Aaron Jones vs Kenny Golladay
I own both, but give me Golladay all day. He looks like a potential long-term stud. Aaron Jones could have an RB1 year next year but his injury history and draft pedigree make me worry about his long term outlook.
I figure Golladay is at worst a WR2 but he has a WR1 ceiling as early as next year.

Re: Peterson / Guice in DC
So regardless of how this season shakes out workload-wise, most people here are basically projecting Guice to at least be a stud for the fantasy playoffs regardless. Hopefully that’s the case. And yeah agreed about staph infections, Brady, Gronk and many others have suffered from them but they weren...

Re: Gordon+ for Thomas
All of those offers seem like pretty big overpay. A lot of people view Gordon around RB6. MT is anywhere from WR3-WR5 so I don't see how your initial offer isn't fair, Ekeler alone has flex value in a 3 deep flex league and immediately steps into a high end RB2 role if Gordon goes down, Sanders was...

Re: Chubb for Lindsay
Yeah he was getting around 3 targets per game tbh I don't see him getting more as long as Duke is there one of the best receiving backs in the NFL.. You say he is a awesome pure runner and good OL but he got shut down vs good Ds , I think he was 77-270 vs top 15 Ds something like that.. And Lindsay...

Re: Chubb for Lindsay
I would take Lindsay pretty easy.. Chubb is a 2 down back as long as Duke is there , I mean Lindsay isn't going to catch a lot of passes either but he ran just as good as Chubb I would put them on the same level so to get the 2 picks it goes in Lindsays favor a lot for me. Edit- I don't know what e...

Re: Gordon+ for Thomas
Yeah offering Chubb and Gordon for Thomas is ludicrous, even the TY + 1st offer sounds like an overpay. I’d start with Gordon + a late first and talk about how Brees only has 1-2 more years which will crater Thomas’s value. Idk that I’d move any other blue chip players, 1st Round Picks or win-now pi...

D.J. Moore - Thoughts / Buy Low Opportunity?
My team is built to compete for a championship next year in a 4-keeper half PPR $200 budget league. I have Aaron Jones for $6 and another owner has D.J. Moore for $3. Initially, I figured that the owner wouldn’t sell Moore for Jones but with the news that Cam may miss 2019, I’m guessing now could be...

Re: 2019 Bad Trade Offers
Not 2019, but got offered Lesean and Cam for Melvin Gordon and Amari in 1QB half PPR immediately after the 2018 draft and before the season started.

Re: Feel Bad For Accepting A Lopsided Trade?
No you shouldn’t feel bad. It’s the other owner’s choice to make those offers, not your responsibility to make sure that every offer is fair. If someone offers you a slam dunk deal, you take it. Don’t let other people let you feel guilty for fairly trying to win when other owners are being idiots. A...

Re: Gap Between Cooper and Cook in a Rebuild
I’d say they’re almost identical in value, but your RBs blow and Juju/Godwin are good so I’d def go Cook here.

Re: Ronald Jones Push
I did not know a second year break out for a RB was a thing. If they are healthy, available and there is opportunity in their rookie year and they dont at least flash, then I am not that interested. Plus who know what Ariens thinks of him. Not his guy. I'd say Joe Mixon had a second year breakout. ...

Re: Move Cam and DJ
I like it. Your QBs are fine without Cam, there’s not much of a gap between Sony and DJ and Kelce is a clear upgrade over Henry even though I like Henry a lot.
