Re: Isaiah Crowell (Please ignore 49ersFaithful80)

It looks like Crowell is getting the start today. Should be very interesting to see how the carries are divvied up. It's kind of funny though because I've received a dozen offers for Crowell since Tate's been cut, but none for West. It's clear that the general public thinks it's Crow's job. Which m...

Re: TE positional advantage is bogus

This fails to account for many things: 1. How many premier receivers can be found on the wire versus TE 2. How predictable or unpredictable the top talents at each position group are (Predicting the top 3 TEs is fairly solid barring injury, predicting the top 9 receivers is absolutely not) 3. All th...

I consider Mike Davis the best fit for Seattle, in whatever round.

Re: Isaiah Crowell (Please ignore 49ersFaithful80)

Well, now West and Crowell owners just got a bit happier. You have to figure West is now the passing down back, his pass protection is better than Crowell's, and he has good hands for a back. Even if he is not the starter, he can at least become a flex if he's catching 3-7 passes a game on top of h...

Re: AP suspended for the rest of 2014....minimum

Maybe I'm missing something here, but how is this not an appropriate suspension? The team decided to part ways from him temporarily and put him on the NFL's exempt list. That's not an NFL suspension. That's a team decision. As soon as the court issues were cleared up, he was promptly suspended by t...

Re: Isaiah Crowell (Please ignore 49ersFaithful80)

And there's the fumble. Say goodbye to Crowell. It was fun while it lasted. was he benched for the fumble? No, they let him play through it. He pretty much played the whole game. It was frankly a really good play by a defender. The coaching staff seemed to treat it that way rather than a mistake-dr...

Re: Giovanni Bernard....

DLFiend has arrived. Finally-figures he re-emerges after 3 weeks of Gio being out-and what does he provide. A nice informational comment such as "This is mostly based on derp and fairy dust." Lets see the Bengals were 3-0-1 when Gio was fully healthy; that is a fact, not fairy dust sir. I...

Re: Isaiah Crowell (Please ignore 49ersFaithful80)

Barring something spectacular happening with about 6 minutes to play, I'm going to give Crowell a failing grade for tonight's performance. I think we saw why the Browns were hesitant to play him more. He simply can't get out of his own way. He showed once again tonight that he's the best runner on t...

Re: Isaiah Crowell (Please ignore 49ersFaithful80)

Crowell runs really well, but I'll say this, boy does he fall down a lot even on good gains. And not like Arian Foster fall down on purpose either. Just like, trips on his feet.

Re: Isaiah Crowell (Please ignore 49ersFaithful80)

Crowell looked like he missed at least one crucial pass block so far, but it's clear play action is much, much better when he is on the field. Not sure if that's a +/- overall for the passing game.

Re: Blake Bortles

Thanks! Would you pay say a late 2nd round pick? 3rd round? Honestly, I don't have much experience in 16+ team leagues so I can't really put a value on it. In a 12-team 2 QB league I would trade a 2nd or possibly a late 1st for him if you feel really strongly but I haven't wavered much on him despi...
