I like your roster and think you have a strong chance to with your championship. Getting Garcon would help immensely. I'd do the trade.

Pretty even. I don't like either RB so I'd probably take the side with the pick. If I had to choose Martin>Stacy. Definitely not veto worthy.

Welker is probably worth a 2nd to a win now team. He is 33 and has a concussion history. Both of those offers seem like overpays in your favor to me.
