I would say the perception of this class being weak is due to the lack of depth at the top. A few prospects that would have slotted into the mid 1st stayed in school for one reason or another. I'm pretty sure they knew he had surgery this offseason. They didn't draft anyone so they must feel confident enough to roll with him. I would monitor the situation in case of any set backs. His value tanks if they bring in Arian Foster IMO

The biggest value in this draft is idp, but at what point (draft capital) is it not? It's so difficult to project defensive production due to volitility at the position. How valuable are 17 1st and 2nds? Are they obtainable for players like T.Y., Decker, Martin, Rawls, and Hill?

Don't forget about Hunt from Toledo. He had a few injuries down the stretch that made him stay for another year, but he is a very productive small school back with size and athleticism.
