Johnson side pre NFL draft and post draft if Seattle takes a RB. Hyde//Rawls if Seattle doesn't take a RB in the early to mid rounds. Taking Johnson now I'd still try to flip him for a big haul.

I'm a Dez owner and I'd only trade him for the picks if I decided to rebuild. Even at that I'd rather wait until I knew exactly where the picks were. There's no way I'd add a 1st to Dez in your scenario.

Your TE group is strong and Bortles would be a great back up and future replacement for Beady.

I think it's good value. And if you aren't sure if DJ is the real deal or a 1 year flash, you could likely trade him away and get another nice haul.

I'd look to trade Lacy. It'll likely be a rough 2016 season but if you stockpile 1st round picks it gives you a lot of flexibility.

I'd build around Russell, Cooper, and Eifert. Try to get as many draft picks as possible, especially in 2017. I also would not roster 3 defenses.

Osweiler has stability around him and a superstar WR to go along with a great coach. I think Hue Jackson is good for RG3 but he can't get out of his own way.

Half PPR would you rather have Melvin Gordon or Latavius Murray? I have Murray and I'd like to move him. I'm nervous to wait until after the NFL draft in case Oakland goes RB early. Is Gordon a good target and if so, what's the value difference?
