So how would you guys rank the ones that I listed? Not all..maybe top 3?

I actually cut Butkner at roster cutdown(we don't need to roster a kicker until the season). I did think of McPherson too, I do have a lot of Bengals though(Chase,Higgins and Boyd), just don't have Burrows. LOL

I'm in a few leagues that still use kickers, I have my pick of most of them in my draft, how do u decide who to draft? Do you take the best from the previous season or from a great offense, or do you go with youth and take the best young kicker? I can choose from every kicker except Tucker and Prate...

Viska was available in one of my Rookie/FA drafts and he was drafted pick 4.02 in a 12 team PPR....for what its worth.

I'm in a 12 man league that gives 1.5 ppr for TEs. I have Kittle and Ertz and am looking to add a 3rd TE here in rd 4 of the draft.
How would you rank these guys?

I would add to this that just because Hall is a 3 down back, that doesn't mean they have to use him that way. Antonio Gibson is a 3 down back, Jonathan Taylor is a 3 down back, Miles Sanders is a 3 down back, but they all have Rbs on their teams who come in on 3rd downs and passing situations. M Car...
