If you were projecting his 2017 1st to be lower half, and his 2017 2nd will follow suit, that would not be enough to get Carr away from me. I would want something in the 2.01-2.04 range at least.

There have been a couple of other threads recently regarding his value in picks, so you can search them for more responses, but it seems like general thought is that people wouldn't give him up for less than 1.02-1.03. I think it's unlikely that you'll find any buyers at that price though.
