My RB5 for this class. Fifth RB off the board and probably the least likely to see a major increase in value this year of any of the top 5 backs, I'll probably pass for Lamb/Jeudy at 1.05 if Dobbins is my only RB option.

Re: J.K. Dobbins 1.01?

There has never been any indication that Taylor is as valued by the NFL as he is by fantasy players. Post-combine, but pre-draft, questioning his 1.01 status would bring out an army of defenders. People were comparing him to Zeke, Gurley, even Barkley. There really has never been any indication tha...

Re: J.K. Dobbins 1.01?

CEH is a solid football player whose value is being pumped to the moon because of landing spot. Also, ESPN did not have him as the RB1 the entire way. I think the dilemma here is that it's sort of weird in dynasty to have a 1.01 who was not at least in the discussion pre-draft. Granted, the dynasty...

Re: J.K. Dobbins 1.01?

At some point the fantasy community will catch up with the NFL and understand that "Body Of Work" stats mean basically nothing. Last year Jacobs had 251 career carries. Sanders had 276 career carries. This year CEH the top back had 370 career carries. Those 3 combined had less carries tha...

Re: J.K. Dobbins 1.01?

I think a lot of us had a preconceived notion before the draft that CEH wasn't a 3 down back in the NFL. That notion was baked into most rankings. Some people are still holding onto that post draft. There is nothing about the way he plays that says he isn't as good as the other RBs. Having him slig...

Re: Let’s settle it: CEH or JT

I think if you did this poll in March, it would've been lopsided in Taylor's favor. Not to imply that Edwards-Helaire lacks talent or ability, but situation is largely pumping up so much of his value right now. Granted, new information allows us to adjust, and CEH going into a optimal landing spot ...

You aren’t removing risk by trading picks for vets. Vets bust every year, too. See: every redraft league ever.

Re: Courtland Sutton?

I'm just going to throw this out there... BMI in itself is a pointless measurement. You're telling me you want a WR to be more "overweight" and closer to "obesity" with no consideration of fat/muscle ratio. We're arguing that guys that are a 25 or 26 have so much less chance of ...

Re: Courtland Sutton?

I am really starting to hate this trend of picking one single stat/measurement/attribute and using it to claim that a player would be a major outlier if they hit because of it. Exactly! And it's missing the conclusion: "These measurements and the resulting research should not be viewed as the ...

Re: K.Allen or

Any concerns here with Allen not meshing well with Taylor or Herbert? I've read some not very positive things about Herbert's prospects lately. Herbert is just this year’s whipping boy for some reason. He’s the Daniel Jones, Murray, Josh Allen of this class. He’ll probably be good, and people will ...

Re: Lamb inconsistent?

People acting like cooper is not going to be an issue cause he'll be gone or that lamb is that good are pretty unrealistic. Cooper just signed a 5 year, 100 million dollar contract and is only 25 years old. What makes you assume that just because they have the ability to cut cooper 2 years later, t...

Yea I’m not sure why one would have to add to Kittle for Sutton.

Re: Which RB outside of the Top-5 will be the steal of rookie drafts?

Of the ones listed above? Dillon easily. I liked his profile coming in and I think he'll do well in the GB offense. Here's some rough notes I made on other rookie RBs when I did early scouting, who I also might target later in drafts: ============================================= Joshua Kelly (Char...

Re: Bryan Edwards is your 1.01

He is the Miles Boykin to Ruggs’ Hollywood Brown. I’m no tape grinder, but their play styles aren’t the same at all. You see one actually catches the football and is good WR. On a more serious note, Edwards is a bully after the catch, demonstrates borderline elite body control, and has a knack for ...
