I'm not convinced that RGIII will ever be a reliable QB, and seems to be a higher injury risk than many of the better QBs in the league. I'd take that deal in a heartbeat, and draft or trade for another QB.

I'd rather have Green than Kelce, but it's really just a preference. It may be 2015 before he gets his chance, while Kelce should start next year.

You have to do the trade, I don't see how you can complete in the playoffs without a starting caliber TE. Maybe you can add one of your TEs and get whatever pick you can get for him (thinking Cook for a 3rd or 4th rounder).

I wouldn't do that, I think he's on the verge of being done, maybe offer a 2nd if you have a chance to win this year.
