Re: Donald Payne

If anyone reads this last minute would you go Eric Kendricks over Payne?

Edit: I got scared and just went with Kendricks. We’ll see how this goes

Re: Donald Payne

I'm hearing that he could be part of a committee this week! Start with caution! I'm thinking about putting in Craig Roberson in his place. Glad I jumped back in this thread. What is your source? I have other options (Kendricks) so if there is any chance he doesn’t play the entire game he’s going ba...

Re: Austin Ekeler Value

I’m not sure what he needs to do to prove he’s legit. He’s a threat for a big play every time he touches the ball. Would I want him running the ball 20 times a game? No. But 8-12 rushes and all the receiving work is plenty enough to sustain RB1 numbers for him. I own him and I wouldn’t sell for a mi...

Re: Late season flash in the pan or breakout?

Responding to multiple posts. I don’t think anyone is selling Parker for a 2nd after his production of late especially given his pedigree. I think he’s one of those guys that rarely gets moved because no one wants to pay the 1st but an owner won’t sell unless he gets it. Also, I think some context i...

Re: Donald Payne

I think Payne is undrafted and I know he’s been really bad IRL, so no, don’t stash for next year.

Re: Rookie WR's......Look Amazing

Was just thinking about this again tonight. I own Deebo and AJB and if I was offered any of the other guys straight up I think I would only take DK over both of them. TMac is definitely has taken but it scares me with him being on the Redskins. Who the hell is the last WR1 from there for more than 1...

Re: Will Ryan Tannehill be a Starting NFL QB in 2020?

I usually understand doubting later career resurgence but if you look at his history/context it really isn’t that absurd to think he has the talent to be a top 10 QB. He was on an awful team, with an awfully run franchise, and was injured every other year. Now he’s behind one of the better O-lines i...

Re: Rookie WR's......Look Amazing

Do people think DK, AJB, M Brown, and TMac are all better assets than Deebo right now? I’ve seen deebos name left out on a few responses and that surprises me. He’s got the most usage right now and they actually scheme to get him the ball. Can we do a top 5 WR ranking real quick if you had to draft ...

Re: Under the Radar Free Agents

Probably too late now or someone should have him rostered but Ian Thomas. I’m in a 40 player roster contract league and he was on the waiver wire for some reason (likely dropped to free roster space when Olsen came back) when I was looking for players to stash for next season. This was the day befor...

Re: Has anyone tried to objectively define tanking?

Also, here's why potential points is not my cup of tea: last week I started Chris Godwin over James Washington. If we use potential points, I get a 12.1 point penalty for submitting a lineup that, prior to last week, looked like the correct decision? How is that fair? I don’t follow this at all - I...

Re: Has anyone tried to objectively define tanking?

There are more benefits to potential points than just as an anti-tanking measure. I think it benefits teams that are truly bad and need a higher pick rather than the teams that are strong and simply had bad luck with their schedule or are bad at setting a lineup. This. But I haven’t been able to co...

Re: Will Ryan Tannehill be a Starting NFL QB in 2020?

Well if they make the playoffs, the odds of them hitting on a QB at the back of the first are exceedingly low - statistically speaking. I mean, they grabbed Mariota at #2 overall and we know how that worked out - not long ago Jake Locker was also a high 1st for them. Tannehill is "only 31"...

Re: Release the Guice!

Are you saying Lynch didn’t accelerate quickly after broken tackles and have shiftyness? I’m not saying he was fast or even a traditional definition of quick but I just watched that YouTube video and my view was even further reinforced.

Re: Release the Guice!

[/quote] I always thought of him to be a very strong dynamic runner. He definitely has above average speed and quicks though too. Hoping we get to see him full steam ahead next year, he looked really good today. From my rb report; Not a very patient runner. If he is immature, it shows up in his runn...
