I wouldn't move either in a rebuild unless there was some ridiculous overpay. Allen is probably the #2 dynasty asset right now, and one more year of Herbert doing what he did last season will put him right there. Sell off other assets you may have.

Cousins should be going for more than that in SF. I just traded Stafford a month or two back for 1.11 and 2.4 this year, along with a 2nd next year.

This isn't even close for me in terms of value for Allen, who is easily the #2 Dynasty asset in 2QB or SF formatting. I also think guys like Mahomes & Allen are rebuild proof due to their current production & age, you should hold him.
