Keep Dobbins, he is in a great situation with a ton of talent and upside. The picks are too late and too far away, your team is ready to make a playoff run now. Not really that close for me.

Its pretty close, I comp him and Chase very close which is about who you would get at the 1.06.

I almost always shop my 1st round pick to try and acquire future 1sts and more start up draft capital, as long as I don't move down too far. If keeping the pick, I would go either Barkley or JT.

You won't be competitive for a couple years, and you aren't losing any years at RB as they are the same age and probably finish the next few years a few ppg from each other. I think you will need to go with an offer that makes you a little more uncomfortable to get it done. 1.02, 1.06, 2.09 for 1.01 and 2.02 would get me at least thinking about it. I would want the 1.08 here, there is a slight drop off imo after the 1.09 in superflex, 4 QBs, 3 RBs, Chase and Pitts. 1.10 has similar value to me as the next 4 or 5 picks after.

Value is on the 1.01 and McLaurin side, plus you probably need to start looking to move off your older RBs, while you can still manage to get offers such as this one.

It's interesting considering you would get first pick in the devy round with the 4.01, essentially a 1st round pick, plus another 1st, Chase and Lock. I don't have a ton of faith in Lock to hold that job longterm and Watson is clearly the best known piece in the deal, but I might roll the dice here ...

I think it will eventually take something like the 1.02, 1.06, 2.03 for 1.01 and maybe ask for a late or future 2nd back
