Individual 24 picks are all in the draft pool, yes.

The '25 picks are assigned to the teams as normal and are not in the pool.

Just 1 spot left , then dispersal, then rookie draft.

The ability to start 2 kickers and 2 defenses makes this a start 9 league.

I should have mentioned that all 3 teams have all of their 2024 and 2025 picks, and there are two extra 2024 firsts in the pool that have not been added to the Dispersal sheet yet.
